Administrative Assistant – Intermediate (Onsite)

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves supporting managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing various administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across teams and departments
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare, format, and edit business documents and correspondence
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate records and document management activities
  • Assist with digital signing processes and workflow tracking
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience using MS Office 2010 or higher (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience with Action Request Tracking Systems (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience with SharePoint for records/document management (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience with digital signing platforms such as ConsignO or Adobe Sign (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

Preferred Background

  • Experience in large organizational environments of equivalent size and complexity (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience working within a legal office environment (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of real estate processes (minimum 2 years)
