Administrative Assistant – Intermediate (Onsite)
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves supporting managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing various administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across teams and departments
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare, format, and edit business documents and correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate records and document management activities
- Assist with digital signing processes and workflow tracking
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience using MS Office 2010 or higher (minimum 2 years)
- Experience with Action Request Tracking Systems (minimum 2 years)
- Experience with SharePoint for records/document management (minimum 2 years)
- Experience with digital signing platforms such as ConsignO or Adobe Sign (minimum 2 years)
- Strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Preferred Background
- Experience in large organizational environments of equivalent size and complexity (minimum 2 years)
- Experience working within a legal office environment (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of real estate processes (minimum 2 years)
