The Scrum Master is responsible for identifying external dependencies and helping the team move past roadblocks. Within this Agile framework, the Scrum Master fosters a culture of transparency and self-organization. Success in this Scrum Master position requires a deep understanding of how a Sprint functions and how to mentor others in Agile principles. Every Sprint allows the team to iterate on feedback, and the Scrum Master ensures these cycles are productive. During each Sprint, you will manage communication across departments to keep stakeholders informed without distracting the core delivery team.
